Same-Day Orders
Orders confirmed before 11AM can be delivered or self-collected after 2PM on the same day, subject to slot and flower availability. Same-day fulfilment is only available for existing designs — customisations require 3–5 days' lead time.
Unsuccessful Delivery
You will be notified of your unsuccessful delivery via WhatsApp. Your order can be redelivered based on the next best available delivery date and time slot.
An order is considered unsuccessful if:
- Sender or recipient is uncontactable or unavailable for more than 10 minutes.
- No prior special instruction or designated safe location is given.
- Delivery address is incorrect or invalid.
To avoid the redelivery fee, provide special instructions or a designated safe location when placing your order.
